So, I hate when people say "sorry that you had a bad day," ( especially people who only had one thing go wrong in their day).
While I totally understand the feeling, trust me when I say giving into it all and labeling it "a bad day 'only makes things worse.
You can say that you are sorry they feel so bad right now or that you can understand that the day was a really tough day.
Darin Freitag, who manages residential and commercial projects at the general contractor RYAN Associates says that he can usually tell early on in a day when things are going wrong.
Yes, even if you can only think of tiny things, like that day you accidentally slammed the door when your were mad or you had a rough time at school, but that does not still make it a "Bad Day" things just did not go so well. This was a weird Blog today, but I just was thinking about how what people say can turn things upside down. Make sure to always watch what you say to others and be inspirational.
